Information that is useful for me to evaluate your legal claims includes any written complaints that you have submitted, any documents regarding any actions taken by your employer or school after you complained, or a short but detailed summary from you with a description of the evidence you have in your possession. Timelines are also a good way to summarize what your case is about.
